In 2006, The University of Hartford Men’s Rugby Football Club (UHA RFC; Hartford Hawks) experienced their best season ever (7-1) in their 20 year history. The team qualified for the NRU (Northeast Rugby Union) Regional Championships. They captured the 2006 NERFU (New England Rugby Football Union) Division III South Conference Championship Cup.
We are still growing as a club. We have ups and downs, victories and defeats, but we are one thing: determined. Progress and growth are our goals for the club. We strive to be good citizens on and off the field. Through rugby and its many aspects, we do our best to give back to our community as well as spread our love for the sport of rugby. To achieve such success, financial support, donations, and sponsorship negotiations would be very welcomed and much appreciated. Such aid will give us tremendous help and move us in the direction of positive growth and future successes. We hope to hear from you and hopefully doing business with you. Cheers!
